What is the BBQ Audax?
The Audax BBQ is above all a big celebration to show our
appreciation for our Club members — a day to celebrate them, thank them and bring our whole community together.
Our classes that day are allOur classes that day are all
open house and designed to introduce our members' friends to our Kickboxing and Muay Thai classes. No experience or equipment needed — wear comfortable athletic clothes and come have fun safely in our classes. Then:
a free BBQ, a great chance to move, socialize and enjoy a fantastic day with Club Audax.
What's On

Open-house classes
- Come try a class with your friend — (and if you're a parent, you can try too!)
- Same schedule as usual : 9 AM kids ages 7-11 · 10 AM teens 12-15 & adults (mixed) · 11 AM adults 16+
- The class = your passport to the BBQ — join the class and the whole day is yours, for free
- Special offer, that day only if you (or your child) decide to sign up

Family BBQ — free meal
- The grill fires up at noon : grilled food, meals and drinks on the Club
- The perfect time to relax, chat and discover the Audax Tribe vibe

Fight demo at noon
- The noon fight class becomes a demonstration
- Our fighters step into the ring to show you the techniques in action
- Have you ever seen fighters in action, in person? It's an impressive sight — and a great glimpse of the Club's level.

Open cages
- Club Audax is located inside the Sportira centre — and for the occasion, all the play areas of the sports centre will be open to Club Audax members and their guests
- Come play basketball, soccer and ball hockey — with areas set aside for kids and for adults
